Soon, Viagra dispensing condoms that actually feel like the 'real thing

Melbourne, Apr.13 (ANI): Scientists are designing ultra-durable condoms they claim could feel like the "real thing" and even better than nothing at all.
Scientists at the University of Wollongong in Australia are working with an ultra-tough material called hydrogel that could be used to create condoms that actually feels good.
Hydrogels are strong and flexible solids that have been used for decades, but have more recently been engineered to have a range of different properties. One of the most promising was the fact they could be made to feel and act like human tissue, and are already being widely used in prosthetics to create things such as blood vessels and even eye implants.

But the Australian team, led by materials scientist Robert Gorkin, decided to take things one step further, and investigate whether hydrogel could replace latex to create condoms that people actually want to use.
Hydrogels could be engineered to perform all kinds of different functionalities, such as self-lubrication, topical drug delivery, biodegradability and even electric conductivity.
Researchers hoping to design the product to accommodate for around the cultural and social needs for birth control. (ANI)

Researchers conducted an online survey of 450 women in the US aged 20 to 60, of which 308 were pre-menopausal and 144 were post-menopausal.
All had reported low sexual desire and said it caused them some degree of personal distress, which researchers say describes approximately 10% of women, presumably in the US.

Spring-boarding on the hunch that low sexual desire is a common yet underreported occurrence in both pre- and post-menopausal women, researchers in New York found that women are not always aware that solutions exist.
Over 90% of survey respondents said they would like to have sex more often and 95% said that just one or two more sexual experiences per month would improve their quality of life.
Despite the high levels of distress reported concerning self-image and interpersonal relationships, 72% of pre-menopausal women and 67% of post-menopausal women reported not seeking help, either because they were not aware that solutions exist, or because they were not aware that healthcare professionals would consider it a problem.

9 Positions to get Guaranteed Orgasm!
1. When it's a mind-blowing, bed-rattling orgasm you're after, keeping it simple is absolutely key. Sure, wild, crazy, never-knew-my-body-could-bend-that-way booty keeps your lust life exciting, but if the goal of the moment is to break pleasure records, you have to stick to the basics. "Trying to accomplish complicated acrobatics distracts you from the sex itself, putting your focus on how you can contort yourself, rather than on just experiencing the sensations," explains sex educator Dorian Solot, coauthor of I (Heart) Female Orgasm. "When you want to climax, the simplest positions are often also the best positions, and with a few modifications, you can make them even more orgasm inducing than they already are." Don't worry, we'd never leave you hanging. Here, Cosmo custom-designed some of the carnal classics to make sure you always hit the high notes.

2. You'll never see missionary position the same way again. "While on your back, put a pillow under your butt, lift your hips, and bring your legs up and back toward your shoulders, as though you're folding in half," says Solot. This move allows him better ease of thrusting and deeper penetration — a perk for both of you. Plus, it can stimulate your G-spot. But consider this a warm-up — you're getting the zone primed for a more intense orgasm. Once your G-spot feels sufficiently stroked, put your legs down and have him get into coital-alignment-technique (CAT) position. "He's on top, but he lifts his pelvic bone upward, aligning it with your clitoris," says sex therapist Gloria Brame, PhD. "Then he rocks against the area until you peak." "The legs-up position is a slow burn that brings you to the brink and increases sensitivity. Then the addition of clitoral rubbing takes you over the edge in a bigger way than if you had done CAT alone," adds Brame.

3.  You've probably tried an all-fours pose before (at least, we hope you have!). But while mentally the doggie-style position has great bad-girl benefits, in order to make it actually orgasmic, you need to modify it a bit. "Lie on your stomach, lifting your butt slightly so he can enter you," suggests Solot. "Your partner can prop himself up with his hands in a push-up position or lie on top of you." Not only does this facedown configuration provide increased friction as he moves in and out, but you can gently grind your clitoral area against the bed as well.

4.   With all the twisting and bending that goes on, sometimes sex can feel more like a cardio workout than a pleasurefest. That's why it's important to have at least one relaxed orgasm — inducing position in your repertoire. Such as this: "While you're on your back, he should lie on his side, turned toward you," explains Solot. "Swing both legs over his hips and thighs, making a bridge over them." Then, just let him gently thrust into you. If it takes you a while to climax, this pose is ideal. "It's not very aerobic, so the sex can go on for a long time without either of you tiring out," says Laura Berman, PhD, director of the Berman Center and author of The Passion Prescription. "When you want to climax, it's easy to touch yourself or he can use his top hand to stimulate you."

5.  Girl-on-top tends to be a go-to for achieving orgasm...and for good reason! "It allows you to dictate the pace and depth of thrusting, but mainly, you have easy access to your clitoris," says Berman. "You can touch your C-spot, have him touch it, or rub against his pubic bone to achieve orgasm." But you can up the ante by literally pulling a 180. Twist around so you're pointed toward his feet in reverse cowgirl position. "Instead of straddling him, put your legs together, feet flat between his legs," suggests Brame. The benefits of this are twofold: With your legs together, the fit is even tighter, making the sensations more intense. Plus, there's increased G-spot stimulation, which combined with your own clitoral strokes, makes for an explosive orgasm.

6.  In some cases, a simple change of scenery can aid in achieving orgasm. For this move, you'll need a kitchen table — one that comes to your man's waist. "Lie down on the table with your butt near the edge," suggests Solot. "He enters you while standing between your legs, holding on to your hips for leverage." You can rest your feet on his shoulders or on the edge of the table. Because he's standing, his hands are free to stroke your body," says Brame. "And he's at a perpendicular angle, rather than right on top of you, making it easier for him to touch your clitoris, unobstructed." To up your odds of orgasming, clench and lift up your butt, which will increase the pelvic tension and blood flow to the area.

7.  This one's always a fan favorite — he sits and you straddle him so you're face-to-face. "You have a lot of control over the speed, angle, and motion because you can use your arms and legs to help you maneuver," says Berman. "Rather than just moving up and down, which can be especially tiring for you, sway forward and back, rubbing your clitoral area against him." In addition to the freedom of movement, there are a few other benefits to this booty move. "If you lean back just a little bit, you'll get greater G-spot stimulation and he'll be able to play with your clitoris," Brame explains. Plus, your breasts will be perfectly aligned with his mouth, adding a whole other layer to the sexual experience.

8.  Obviously, you know emotional attachment is essential to achieving orgasm with your guy. And there's no configuration that's more snuggly than the spoon. To assume the position, simply lie on your side, your guy scooted up behind you. Rather than move in and out, he should stay inside you, gently thrusting against the front wall of your vagina. "Aside from fulfilling your cuddly needs, it provides consistent stimulation to your G-spot, which is key for achieving orgasm from intercourse," Berman points out. "Since he may not be able to penetrate you as deeply though, guide his hand around your hot spot." And just think: Once you've both climaxed, you'll be in perfect postcoital position as well.

9.  When it comes to achieving supreme pleasure, being in the right mind-set is half the battle.
  • Let your thoughts wander. It helps to transport yourself mentally to a sexy place. Fantasize that you're getting it on in a lust-inspiring locale or even with another man, like a hot trainer at your gym or, hell, Justin Timberlake. No guilt — it doesn't mean you want to cheat on your guy.
  • Strengthen your senses. Certain smells and sounds can have a Pavlovian affect on your libido. Think about what puts you in the mood, and then designate an enhancer that will signal to your brain and body that it's time to get naughty. For example, before sex, put on a sultry jazz CD.
  • Be selfish. Worrying too much about your guy's pleasure means you wind up ignoring your own. So silence the inner monologue of "How am I doing?" and simply enjoy the experience. Otherwise, it becomes more work than play.
  • Stay on course. A stressful day's memories can still manage to sneak up on you, even when you're mid-mattress session. To stay in the moment, try to focus your thoughts purely on the physical and pay attention to how every touch, lick, and stroke feels.

The 3 most common sex dreams and what they REALLY mean

According to a recent study at the University of Montreal, sex dreams make up about 8 percent of all dreams for both men and women.  Society’s openness regarding sex, coupled with our growing interest in understanding dream content has taught us that, surprisingly, sex dreams are rarely about sex at all – no matter how saucy they might be.
It’s important to remember that sex, to your dreaming mind, is not about a physical union you want, but rather a psychological union you need!
The Mystery Lover is the most common of all sex dreams. Many of us wonder if this dream is actually a glimpse of our soul mate who might be out there somewhere waiting for us.  Alas, t’is not so.  But what is so is that the unknown, faceless man or woman that often appears in our dreams does indeed hold significance.  As you may remember in Chapter 2, our dreams have a cool way of showing us the different parts of our personality in the form of a person so we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and what makes us tick. That being said, the mystery lover in your dreams is the embodiment, the personification of the qualities we tend to associate with that gender.
If you are a woman, the mystery man represents your male personality traits, the part of you that can be assertive, speak your mind, bring home the bacon, handle your business and even squish the spider in the tub.
I have had this dream several times where I am having very graphic sex with an unknown man.  He is everything I have ever wanted and very kind.  I reach orgasm in these dreams and I always wake up very satisfied, but I never see his face.   -Tammy 40
Lauri:  You are attracted to this man in your dream because your dreaming mind wants you to be attracted to your own male, assertive, money-making, take-charge qualities so that you will use them to improve your life.  Your dream is showing you that this part of you is very much a part of who you are and a part of you that you like.  It’s a VERY GOOD sign that you are having these dreams as it means you have successfully merged your male self into your life and have achieved darn near perfect balance of male assertive energy and female nurturing energy.  The orgasm is like extra credit for a job well done in waking life. Your body doesn’t know the difference between a dreaming event and a waking event, so it re-acts the same. During the sex dream your brain sends messages to the nerve endings in your little lady down there that sex is happening so she responds in the same explosive way as if it were real!
Tammy replies:  I am a single mother and I do everything!  I bring home the money, fix the plumbing, paint, mix cement, etc.  I have been divorced for 13 years now and I do feel I have finally found myself.  I am proud of myself and am very excited that I can do what some men don’t even know how to do when fixing a house.  It saves me a lot of money.

Tammy’s dream is a great example of a woman who has embraced and merged with her male side. Notice how satisfied she is from these dreams. That satisfaction is not just physical; it is emotional and psychological satisfaction as well.

Whenever a woman needs to assert herself or take charge in some form or fashion such as when she is up for a promotion, when she is a single parent and has to play the role of both, or when she needs to speak up for herself during the day, these are the times when the mystery lover will pay her a visit at night.
If you are a man, the mystery woman represents your female qualities… yes, even the hairiest and burliest of men have at least a touch of feminine wiles within. Female qualities are the traits we usually associate with women, such as sensitivity, creativity, being a good listener, nurturing yourself and those around you.  From time to time in a man’s life, it will do him well to acknowledge and utilize these softer qualities.
Throughout life we struggle to incorporate the right balance of each into our personalities and behavior.  A man wants to be caring and understanding, yet he doesn’t want to be a sissy.  A woman wants to assert herself, yet she doesn’t want to be labeled the B word!  Our mystery lover dreams are guiding us towards that perfect balance of firm and gentle, bold and caring, yin and yang.

Cheating dreams can be infuriating, worrisome and the cause of many a slap across the face first thing in the morning.  In fact, in a recent survey I conducted through my website www.thedreamzone.com with over 5000 participants, the cheating dream came in as the #1 most common dream! As upsetting as these dreams can be, the good news is that they rarely indicate that your mate is getting his or her pleasures elsewhere.  They do suggest, however that something rather than someone is taking the time and attention from your mate that you feel you deserve.
I keep getting these dreams about my boyfriend of 5 years cheating on me.  It’s like he doesn’t even care and has no emotion in the dream.  I’m 99% sure he would never do that. I just don’t understand why I keep having these dreams and why they are so constant.  Is it about a trust problem?   - Brenda 24
Lauri:  Did anything happen that would give you a good reason to be distrustful? If not then let’s figure out the other reason you are getting these dreams.  Is he doing something that you are a bit jealous of?  Is he working too much? Spending too much time with friends or on some project or hobby? What is he doing that makes you feel like he should be with you instead?
Brenda:  He always spends time on the computer.  When he comes home from work he goes straight on the computer and does his fantasy baseball thing.  When I start to tell him about my day he won’t even listen and it makes me feel like he doesn’t care.
Brenda’s dream is a clear indication that her boyfriend’s fantasy baseball league has taken on the qualities of a mistress in her mind. And the fact that the dream is so constant means it is a constant issue in their relationship.  He should be tickling her, not the keyboard!  Plus, the apathy he displays in the dream is directly connected to the apathy he shows her in real life.  These dreams will keep happening until Brenda is able to work this out with her boyfriend.
Sometimes, we may be the ones having extracurricular sex with someone other than our mate. These are the dreams where you are very much aware that you are cheating and the feelings of guilt are often included. When you are the one straying in your dreams you need to ask yourself what you may be doing that is taking your attention away from your mate.  The guilt you feel in the dream is a tell tale sign that, deep down, you are aware that this may not be sitting well with your significant other.
Cheating dreams can be very upsetting and they rarely mean an actual affair is going on.  In fact, when understood, they can actually fan the flames in your relationship.  Once you can pinpoint what it is your mate is “cheating on you” with, or what you may be guilty of giving too much time to, it’s time to compromise.  Offer to give up or cut back on something your mate isn’t a big fan of if he or she promises to cut back on the activity that is causing you to feel left out. If you both stick to the compromise, you’ll find that the dreams will stop.
The Ex is a very popular character in our naughty dreams. Even though it may be light years since you were with this person, he or she STILL continues to appear in your dreams, bringing those old feelings back to the surface that leave you wondering if you still may be holding a flame.
I keep having recurring dreams about getting back together with my ex boyfriend.  Sometimes we’re just hanging out and other times it’s downright filthy sex! However, I am married and haven’t spoken to him in over 10 years.  - Jennifer 37
Lauri:  Was he your first love?  Strangely enough, we continue to dream of our first loves, even if we’ve moved on into a happy marriage.  Don’t worry, it’s not that you want him back, it’s that you want what he represents back: excitement, bubbles, passion!  You are likely to get these dreams when your marriage gets a little too routine and humdrum, as all marriages do from time to time.  Your dream is using your ex to remind you of the passion that is still alive inside of you.  These dreams are actually good for you and are alerting you to the fact that the passion department doesn’t want to become a thing of the past. Might be a good idea to get thyself down to Victoria’s Secret® and buy something red and lacy.
Jennifer replies:  It makes so much sense now.  He was my first love.  While I was with him, there was lots of excitement and passion.  We would do things so spontaneously.  And  I wasn’t as self-conscious as I am now.   I can see now that I don’t get involved in new things like I did before.  You’re right; I do need to spice things up, in my life and in my marriage.  You’ve made me see things in a different light.
Jennifer’s marriage, like millions of marriages before hers and millions of marriages yet to be, has become complacent. Complacency is easy because it takes no effort.  Like Jennifer, as we settle into the land of Hum Drum while awake, our dreams become restless while we sleep.  The dreaming mind doesn’t forget the excitement and thrill from long ago, so it will bring those feelings back to you in the form of the person you first experienced those feelings with.  These dreams aren’t about the person, they are about the feelings.
The most common meaning behind the “sex with the ex” dream is a need to rekindle the excitement in your intimate life. Once you take action on your dream’s gentle nudging, and continue to change it up and keep it interesting, the ex won’t need to pay you another visit… that is unless the ex still has a role in your life, such as an ex spouse.  If you deal with the ex spouse on a regular basis then that person is not likely to be a symbol, rather your inner mind is alerting you to an issue with that specific person and, as always, you will need to look at what happened the day before the dream in order to pinpoint the issue.
The exes we tend to have naughty dreams about  the most are our first love, an ex we still have ties to because of children or other circumstances, or the ex that most recently broke our heart. Dreaming of the ex that broke your heart can be a sign that you are stuck emotionally and have not allowed yourself to move on. These dreams are a clear indication that you have not healed in which case the dreams will continue until you let go and leave the past in the past.  It is impossible to move forward while you are still holding on to what is behind you.

Spicy or awkward, your sex dreams play an important role in your life’s journey.   In a nut shell, they show you what you lack.  In waking life sex begins with desire, proceeds to a merger and ends in completion and satisfaction.  The dreaming mind uses this same process to help you bring what you lack into your life. If you desire to be able to speak your mind, your dream will use someone you know that has that ability, will create a desire for them in your dream, merge your bodies together to symbolize bringing that quality into yourself and in most cases, complete the merger and give you satisfaction i.e. orgasm, which is not only representative of the satisfaction of having that quality be a new part of you but is also icing on the cake!
In the sex dream chapter of Dream On It, you will also learn what  it means to have sex with The Co-worker, The Boss, The Friend, The Same Gender, Oral Sex, Family Members, Masturbation and more!

Being infertile 'is as bad for health as smoking': Men with defects in their sperm are much more likely to die young

Men with abnormal sperm are much more likely to die young than those with normal semen, research showsMen who are infertile because of defects in their semen are also at much greater risk of dying young, a new study has revealed.
Researchers found men with two or more abnormalities in their semen were more than twice as likely to die over an eight year period as men who had normal semen.
The study’s lead author Dr Michael Eisenberg, assistant professor of urology at Stanford University, said smoking and diabetes - either of which doubles mortality risk - both get a lot of attention.
However he added: ‘But here we’re seeing the same doubled risk with male infertility, which is relatively understudied.’
Men with abnormal sperm are much more likely to die young than those with normal semen, research shows
Infertility is a widespread medical complaint in developed countries, with about one in seven couples affected at some point.
But Dr Eisenberg said his is only the third study worldwide to address the question of a connection between male infertility and mortality.
Dr Eisenberg and his colleagues, whose findings were published online by the journal Human Reproduction, examined records of almost 12,000 men aged 20 to 50 who had visited one of two centres to be evaluated for possible infertility between 1994 and 2011.

Dr Eisenberg said: ‘We were able to determine with better than 90 per cent accuracy who died during that follow-up time.
‘There was an inverse relationship. In the years following their evaluation, men with poor semen quality had more than double the mortality rate of those who didn’t.’
While no single semen abnormality in itself predicted mortality, men with two or more such abnormalities had more than double the risk of death over the eight year period following their initial fertility examination compared with those with no semen abnormalities.
The greater the number of abnormalities, the higher the mortality rate, the study found.
Being infertile increases a man's risk of premature death as much as smoking
Being infertile increases a man's risk of premature death as much as smoking
Of the 11,935 men who were followed, 69 died during the follow-up period - a seemingly small number.
Dr Eisenberg said this reflects, first and foremost, their relative youth with an average age of 36.6 years.
However, he said it also reflects the fact that men who get evaluated for infertility tend to have a higher than average socio-economic status and have accordingly better diets, education and access to health care.
And Dr Eisenberg said men who are concerned about infertility are men who want to have children.
He added: ‘If you’re trying to have a child, you’re probably reasonably healthy at the moment and in mental shape to be planning for your future.’
He said, within this select group, the difference in death rates between those who had semen abnormalities and those who didn’t was statistically significant.
However, those with two or more semen abnormalities were more than twice as likely to die during the follow-up period as those without any.
Dr Eisenberg said: ‘It’s plausible that, even though we didn’t detect it, infertility may be caused by pre-existing general health problems.
‘But we controlled for this factor as best we could, and while that did attenuate the measured risk somewhat, there seems to be something else going on.
‘Could it be genetic, developmental or hormonal factors? Or could it be that something about the experience of having and raising kids - even though you may sometimes feel like they’re killing you - actually lowers mortality?’
Now Dr Eisenberg and his colleagues are trying to figure out why this is happening.
He added: ‘Is their blood pressure rising? What about their blood sugar, or other measures?
‘We are starting to do prospective data collections now, through a collaboration involving several centres.’

Healthy sex tips: Natural ways to get in the mood

    Photo: cnstimes
Blame stress, hormones, or just plain exhaustion, but women just aren't feeling as frisky these days. So says a National Health and Social Life survey, which reported that 32 percent of women lacked sexual interest for several months last year. Which is a shame, since sex brings remarkable boosts to your health (studies say it can build up your immune system, relieve stress and anxiety, fight aging, and more).

Positions to make female orgasm easier during intercourse

If you're a woman who finds climaxing easy and can have orgasms during intercourse with little effort – even in a position where it's difficult to access the clitoris – then you are very lucky indeed!
For the majority of us, 'ringing that bell' is not nearly so simple.
Even women who can masturbate to a climax with no difficulty can feel quite anxious about 'coming' with a male partner.
This doesn't seem fair, because apart from the small minority of men who have psychological difficulties with sex and who cannot relax enough to ejaculate into their partner (delayed ejaculation), most males have no problem at all in climaxing during sexual intercourse.
But of course, in a man, the penis is the pleasure-provider. And clearly a penis gets a lot of stimulation during intercourse.
Women, as you probably know, get their pleasurable feelings mostly from the clitoris – which is the bit of them that would have turned into a penis had they developed into a baby boy in the womb, instead of into a girl.
For that reason, most women need the clitoris to be stimulated during sex – and in many positions this simply doesn't happen.
Now, please don't feel bad if you'd never really realised this before, because you're not alone.
In my consulting room, I've seen many successful women – including lawyers, bankers and TV presenters – who were quite unaware of what it takes for most women to climax and who, as a result, had spent ages blaming themselves and feeling inadequate.
    But the truth is that:
    • most women have to learn how to orgasm
    • the majority of women do not climax through 'no hands' intercourse.

    So, what can you do?

If you're having trouble in reaching climax, the best thing you can do is to start by learning how to orgasm on your own through masturbation.
There are articles that can help you, including:
Once you can climax easily on your own, you'll find it much easier to have really exciting times with a partner.
But even if you are the queen of masturbatory techniques, you might still find it tough to climax during full sex, and this will almost certainly be because your clitoris is not getting sufficient attention.
So here are four sex positions that might help you to enjoy intercourse more and to have fulfilling orgasms at the same time.

    The CAT position

(This stands for coital adjusted technique, but don't let that rather technical and boring title put you off!)
Basically this is a face-to-face position, but the man 'rides much higher' than he would in the missionary position so that his shoulders and head are about six inches higher up the bed than normal.
What this means is that his penis doesn't go all the way into the vagina. Instead, the stem or root of it is pulled hard against the clitoris – producing great sensations in that all-important little organ.
The other difference is that instead of taking his weight on his elbows, the man should simply let his bulk slump onto his partner's upper chest.
Clearly if he's a heavy bloke, this might be a problem!
You can experiment with this position to get it absolutely right for you. Some people do it with the man's legs outside the woman, but you can also try it with his legs inside yours.
Many couples find they can't thrust much in this position so they kind of 'rock' together.
The CAT certainly produces very different sensations from many other positions, so it's worth a try, and it might just take you to the heights of ecstasy. I hope it does.

    The free-as-air position

The man lies down on his back. The woman faces the other way and sits down on his penis. Then, in her own time, she gradually lowers herself so that – with his penis inside her – her back is lying fully outstretched on the front of his body.
The woman can feel genuinely weightless and free-as-air – which is quite a novel sensation. Another bonus is that either partner can touch the clitoris easily. So it's different and fun – and usually a great time is had by all.

    The Pinner position

This is a particularly good position if you feel nervous about touching your own clitoris. You shouldn't be of course because it's yours – and you should feel perfectly free to stimulate it yourself if you want to.
But the thing about this position is that many men can't really tell if you are touching it or not.
    What happens is this.
You lie flat on your front and he lies, face down, on top of you. He then penetrates you from behind.
But because you are flat on the bed, you get very different sensations from any rear-entry position where your bottom is up in the air. And you can slip your hand in between the bed and your body and rub your own clitoris.
Plenty of women who have never 'come' during intercourse have found that they climaxed in the Pinner position.

    The spoons position

    Finally, 'the spoons'.
This is the position where you lie on your side and your man lies curled up round your bottom (like spoons in a drawer) and penetrates you from behind.
Lots of women like this, though not all of them find it easy to orgasm on their sides. But the great advantage here is that either partner can reach round and rub the clitoris. Also, neither of you is having to take the weight of the other.

    Finally

There's no right or wrong way to have sex with a partner. Every couple has to experiment to find out what works for them.
But I hope that trying out these positions will be fun – and that they may help you to have an exciting and orgasmic time.

Why precious Marriage Relationships are getting broken easily now-a-days ?

As Human beings are getting more into world of satisfying themselves, they are paying less attention towards morals and traditions. But many religion morals say,  Marriage is a precious bond between men and women, which makes their life to pass in a systematic way  to give some chance for next generation to live. But in today’s life, it became a bond to satisfy their sexual desires and in this way man is totally paying less attention towards reproduction to their young ones. Marriage is between a male and female, that too turned into a corner with Gay, Lesbian marriages, if these type of new marriage rules the world then ? may be with this reason human reproduction falls down to Zero. In the magic of satisfying, he is violating every small law of marriage. But he isn’t thinking, why marriage was introduced ? many are losing their Interest towards their Partner after few months and many say its common Now. If marriage relationship gets swiped away in future, then everyone loses their Parents identity. The Main reason in today’s Marriage is Sexual desire, But nature says “sex is only to reproduce their species”. Every species excluding man is going according to nature’s rule.

Boys & Girls Often Masturbate, but is it Healthier ?
A little self-love could be the cure to what ails you. Learn how
    masturbation can help your health
When you think of sexual satisfaction, you probably think of being
happily coupled. But not every aspect of your sexual life requires a
partner. Masturbation, a generally solo experience, isn't just for
teenage boys."Self-love" is an important part of a healthy sexual life
and it's also good for you. Judith Golden, a registered sex therapist
in Toronto, explains how a little alone time can go a long way.
    1. Masturbation relieves stress
If stress is starting to pile up, it might be smart to take a
time-out.Masturbation allows you to focus on one thing, Golden says,
which can help you relax."As we think about sex in any form, dopamine,
a chemical released by the brain that gives us a sense of pleasure, is
released," she explains. "As we engage in sexual activity, another
chemical, endorphins, is released. Endorphins give us a sense of
well-being." Just be careful not to rely on masturbation as an escape
from stress, Golden adds, because it's through that reliance that an
addiction can form. But the occasional solo roll in the hay can help
make a bad day a little (or a lot) better.
    2. Masturbation eases menstrual cramps
That particular time of the month is not usually associated with
feeling good, but masturbation can actually help make the worst of it
more endurable. "The strength and intensity of an orgasm can relieve
cramps," says Golden. "And the hormones released during sexual
excitement can also help." But remember that it's not necessarily the
same for everyone. "Sometimes the muscle contractions can also
intensify the cramping feeling," Golden warns. Experiment, listen to
your body and do what feels right for you.
    3. Masturbation puts you in touch with your sexuality
If you've never understood why everyone makes such a big deal about
sex, this might be a good place to start. "Sex therapists strongly
recommend that women who have not had an orgasm begin by pleasuring
themselves," says Golden. "This puts them in touch with the genital
pleasure that they like." The safe, controlled situation allows women
to determine not only what they enjoy, but also what they may have
    feared.
    4. Masturbation can help you achieve orgasm during intercourse If you
find it difficult to achieve sexual satisfaction with a partner, you
should first work on finding it on your own. "Regular masturbation
will teach you how your body responds sexually," explains Golden.
Being able to communicate your findings to a partner will allow him or
her to please you in the way that works for you. However, Golden does
warn that the way you masturbate can work against this goal. "If there
is excessive reliance on pornography, or if masturbation is done with
rough materials or face down on a surface, it becomes harder to
    duplicate this with a partner."
    5. Masturbation keeps your motor running
Golden confirms our worst fear: "The old expression, 'if you don't use
it, you lose it,' is actually true." In the end, it comes down to a
simple bit of science. "In order to be able to function sexually we
need a supply of nitric oxide in our blood. Sexual activity in any
form maintains levels of this chemical," she explains. A prolonged dry
spell can make it more difficult to achieve erections or lubrication.
But if it's been a while, fear not! "It is possible, with some time,
to promote this chemical again and restore functioning," Golden says.
    6. Masturbation can help with insomnia
If you find yourself stuck in bed watching the late night hours slowly
become the early morning, it could be time to try a new sleep aid.
"Just as people fall into a deep sleepafter sex with a partner,
because blood pressure is lowered and relaxation is increased through
the release of endorphins, masturbation is a good sleeping pill," says
Golden. "It is relied on by many as a nightly occurrence." Well,
there's no denying that it sounds more appealing than a glass of warm
    milk. Sweet dreams.

Why Your Husband flirts another girl for sex ?
[ Download Verified Windows, Java, Iphone Apps for Free! www.driveapps.tk ]

(A bit about me – I only write for women. And I am only going to
address things that wives can change in this post.My goal is to point
wives towards having Christ as Lordand towards obeying His Wordand His
    beautiful design for marriage.)
    FLIRTING IN OUR CULTURE
Our culture thinks nothing about married people flirting with others.
It's "not a big deal." It won't hurt anyone! That is what a lot of
    us believe, at least.
But what is the real harm in flirting? Why does it matter? Where is the line?
    FLIRTING IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
I believe that flirting (outside of marriage) is VERY dangerous for
people who aremarried. It is an extremely slippery slope from
flirting to infatuation to an affair.I don't think ANYONE is above
this kind of temptation. I'm not! The only way I can avoid sexual
temptations is to put VERY CLEAR BOUNDARIES around my marriage and my
heart and to cling to Christ.
Not only does flirting make it possible and more probable that someone
will begin an affair, but it is just downright DISRESPECTFUL toward a
person's spouse and marriage covenant before God.
The Bible commands us to FLEE from sexual immorality as believers.
And we are alsocommanded not to allow even a "hint" of sexual
    immorality to be among us.
A marriage covenant is a VERY serious thing in God's sight. The price
of flirting withsomeone else is just way too high, in my opinion. Is
it possible that I might get away with flirting temporarily
withoutbecoming involved in an affair? Maybe. But it is also very
likely that flirting could lead to much more than I intended and the
    fall out couldbe catastrophic.
MY PERSONAL CONVICTIONS ARE TO AVOID:
    *.private emails with other men
*.long private phone conversations with men
*.being alone with a man in a house or room with closed door
    *.private texting or Facebookchatting
*.building close work relationships with men
*.allowing men to disrespect my marriage by flirting with me
Each believer will have to pray and seek God's wisdom and determine
for himself/herself what boundaries God may desire them to have.
Very few people set out intending to have an affair. It almost always
starts as a friendship or close work relationship then proceeds slowly
to flirting and confiding emotional details and problems– and then,
before you know it, you are feeling unloved and lonely in your
marriage and you have a man just waiting to "rescue" you and shower
you with compliments, romance and attention – and then the emotional
affair or sexual affair "just happens."
It can't just happen when we stay far away from compromising
situations and provide no opportunity for theflesh!
FOR WOMEN WHOSE HUSBANDSARE FLIRTING WITH OTHER WOMEN
My first concern is,why is he flirting with other women?Obviously, all
humans are sinful and- men and women alike (Romans 3:23– For all have
sinned and fall short of the glory of God). "Sin" is an archery term
that means "to fall short of the target." Sin is wrong in the eyes
of our holy God and the person who is guilty of sin willbe accountable
to God for what he/she does.
But sometimes digging into thereasons behind the sin can behelpful for
a spouse to try to understand what is happening.
My guesses would be that it:
*.makes him feel desired and accepted
    *.makes him feel powerful
*.makes him feel more masculine and more like a man
*.makes him feel like he's "still got it."
    *.makes him feel admired/respected
*.makes him feel like he is in control
*.His fellowship with the Holy Spirit may be compromised because of
some other sin and he may be operating in "flesh mode" instead of
"filled with the Holy Spirit mode." It is possible there could be
    lust involved here.
I am not responsible for my husband's sin. He willstand accountable
to Godfor his behavior no matter what I do.
I will stand accountable to God for my behavior and obedience to God
no matter what my husband does.
    INFLUENCE AUTHORITY
I can INFLUENCE my husband and make sin more or less tempting for him
by my own behavior. We are one spiritually, emotionally and
physically in marriage. What I do affects him. What he does affects
me. Husbands have "positional authority" and wives have "influence
authority." Our power is similar to the power of an advisor to a
king. And this kind of authority is often morepowerful than
    positional authority!

FEMALE CONDOM IS A SAFE CONTRACEPTIVE METHOD
The female condom is currently the only safe and effective female
initiated contraceptive method that provides protection against
unintended pregnancy as wellas sexually transmitted infections,
    including HIV.
Somehow, uptake of the female condom in this country remains low as it
has been primarily positioned as a family planning commodity andhas
not been well integrated within HIV and AIDS programming. Research
from other countries indicate that effective national promotion of the
female condom has the potential to expand contraceptive choice and
    thusincrease overall contraceptive prevalence.
Furthermore, it is anticipated that successful promotion of the female
condom may pave the way for successful introduction of other
prospective female-initiated methods, such as microbicides.
In response to the low use of female condoms in this country, an
exploratory study was conducted to gain an understanding of the
current and historical landscape of female condom procurement and
distribution in Ghana and to explore the viability of enhancing
nationalfemale condom programming; and address the programmatic
barriers that hinder access to and use of the female condom.
The study, according to Dr.Yaa Asante, National Programme Manager for
Family Planning of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), revealed that
stakeholders were in agreement that momentum has waned substantially
since the female condom was initially launched in May 2000.
She said the study also indicated that financial support for large
scale promotion and distribution was lacking.
Furthermore, the majority of stakeholders expressed a strong belief in
the female condom's potential and feels that greater attention and
resources should be committed to its promotion, Dr Asante added.
While the product is reportedly available in both the public and
private sector, social marketing efforts are virtually absent.
Information, education, and communication materials are limited and
distribution primarily occurs inurban areas. In addition, programmers
have limited information about current or prospective female condom
    users.
It is for these reasons that the Ghana Health Service in collaboration
with its partnershas planned to re-launch the female condom in the
    country.
The programme seeks to increase public awareness and acceptance of
female condoms and to promote its use as an essential tool for the
prevention of unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection,
includingHIV. Ms Claudette Diogo, a Programme Officer of the Family
Health Division of the GHS said the re-launch of the female condom
would be held on October 31 at the Mandela Park at Ashaiman, under the
theme "female condom for double protection."
She noted that the initial launch of the female condom in Ghana in May
2000 recorded many successes, including the exceptional levelof
co-ordination among stakeholders and the effective training of a broad
range of clinical and non-clinical personnel.
The launch was also largely successful in raising product awareness,
she added. Despite the current lull in activity with regard to female
condom promotion, interest and nominal support for it at the policy
level are high. Thisis evidenced by the female condom inclusion in the
reproductive health and HIV and AIDS policy frameworks, service
provider guidelines, and the revised curricula for in-service
    training.
"There is a relatively strong platform for enhancing promotion of the
product in Ghana." said Ms Diogo. "The environment is appropriate for
moving forward to enhance female condom promotion because many key
stakeholders have a strong belief in the product's potential and are
supportive of focusing greater attention and resources toward its
    promotion," she added.
She indicated that the Government and its partners have purchased over
1,300,000 pieces of female condoms for distribution to public, civil
    society organisations and non-governmental organisations.Moreover,
there are plans to introduce new models of the female condoms into the
    country to increase client's choice.
Ms Diogo said the re-launch will be followed by intense efforts to
involve the social marketing companies in the female condom promotion
and also to develop local brandingand attractive packaging.
Testimonials from satisfied users would also be employed"and this time
the GHS will move beyond the provision oftraditional IEC materials to
ensure that couples are equipped with appropriate knowledge and skills
to comfortably and effectively use the female condom.
Ms Diogo said the GHS was also addressing the weaknesses in the supply
chain to ensure that the product was consistently available,
particularly beyondthe urban areas to reach young adults in the rural
    areas.

10 Mistakes Women Make During Sex
When it comes to a couple's sex life, there are many things that will
cause it to ebb and flow. Everyday stresses with work, kids,
schedules, and household tasks are bound to takeits toll on sex. With
all the things that can preclude intimate moments together with your
lover, let's tackle some of the issues that may come up during the
    encounters.
Last week I took on my own gender and the mistakes men can make during
sex. Now it's the ladies turn.
And another word of warning, this post continues the "gutsy" approach
to the topic by addressing things honestly. Adults only please.
    1. Trading in hot momma for mommy.Motherhooddoes not make you
celibate. Unless that is your conscious choice. While the rigors of
being a mom can impact your sexual desires,it most likely
doesn'textinguishit. You needto nurture your sex life. Leave him and
yourself little notes to discover during the day. Wear
somethingsexyunder your normal childcare uniformor business attire.
Dosomethingthat helpsyou remember you are a sexual goddess.
Research has found that a happy and healthymarriageis the best
    thingyou can dofor your children.
    2. Unresponsiveness in the sack.Sex with a corpse is not agoodthing.
Don'tjust lie there. Get involved. Move. Makesome noise. Ifsex isn't
pleasurable for you, what'smissing? Try different positions,or
locations throughout the house. Whatever ignites things for you.
    3. Not speakingupor being direct.Similar to men, womencan fall victim
to the ideathat your partner will know or sense what'sgoing onwith
you. If somethingis going onyou don'tenjoy, speak up. While it
maydampen the mood, when you're honest and communicate your needs, you
get the chance to experience evenmore during sex together. Also, if
heinquires about sex, behonest. There'sa big difference between
sayingflat out "no" and "not at the moment, but I could beenticed."
    4. Not owningyour own body. What most menfind as a lasting turn-onmore
thananythingis how a womancarries herself. Her confidence. If you are
always down onyour body, you can dosomethingabout itbyworkingout ifyou
want. But one thingyou can for sure dois learn to embrace the skin
you're in. Walk aroundnaked. Havesex with the lights on. Whenyou own
your own body, you can flaunt one of your biggest assets, you!
    5. Forgetting your feminineside. There are many roles womenhavethrust
uponthem today. Caretaker, mother, business woman,
boss, manager, chauffeur, nurturer. One of the main roles sometimes lost
in our society is that of Eve. The last of God'screations! The
manifestationof God'sbeauty!Womenare beautifully and wonderfully made.
Don'tforget that Eve is the beauty in the story of life. Carryyourself
as such, and don'tsettle for being seenas less.
    6. Insecurity towards other women.Similar to not owningyour own body,
being constantly threatenedbyother womenis not attractive. Remember
your husband chose you, so focus your energies onkeeping hiseyes
onyou. Learn to seduce him, tease him, tempt him.
    7. Fear of your erotic nature.Manywomenmayfear if theyare erotic,
they'll come across as slutty or cheap. That maybejust what hewants at
times! Havethe courage to letgoonce in a while. Beerotic. Playto
hisvisual nature.Makehim notice you. Get ontop during sex. Takecharge.
As the Usher songstates,be"a ladyin the street but afreak in the bed."
A commonthought is that menare led bytwo brains.Don'tforget about
    hisnorthern brain.
    8. Not going down. There are some coupleswhofear oral sex. If you
don'tlike going down onyour husband and hewants you to,haveyou talked
about it? Share your thoughts, listen to his. Are there other things
you could do? Sure there are, but blindly hopingtheyhappenusually
isn't goodfor both of you. Speak up.
Incidentally, if you dogodown, noteeth please!
    9. Failure to initiate. The number one complaint I hear from menis this
issueof theirwife not initiating sexual encounters. Perhaps this is
due to some of the other points previously made, or
somethingdifferent. When you're interested in sex, letit beknown.
Evenif he's at work, sendhim anemail disclosing what'sonyour mind.
    10. Slow down.Just like the advice for the men, slow down. Takeyour
time together.Enjoy the moments you havetogether.
